    Another Challenge suggestion

Funny how ideas pop up when you're just having a mental download. On my thread, I was rambling on about a mental challenge, and I thought, hey, how about it then? How about a Mental Challenge, a month wherein every day we challenge ourselves mentally, keeping our brains active just as we keep our bodies active. I know I've read here and in other places how keeping our brains active keeps us young. So my proposal is a challenge that has us do something that requires mental application: crossword puzzles, foreign language lessons, chess plays, memorising poetry, spelling bee - I'm sure everyone could think of a whole heap of other suggestions.

I was doing a 30 day alcohol free challenge, though I just broke my streak yesterday (day 20).

The real challenge would be :

,,Do your whole workout without breaks/distraction "

So hard to do ! Especially to not to look into the Hive while working out!

      PS: for you TopNotch 😇🍀💜💫

+1 for original suggestion. Poetry and chess sound good, there are lots though.

I was working on reading a Darebee article at least once a week. I would love to see some recommendations or thoughts on daily mind exercises. I need some things my husband and I could do together, or that are engaging enough that he would do on his own. He doesn't read, (he listens to lots of Audibles), but he is very active, always busy. We are concerned with early onset Alzheimers. He's starting the process of getting some testing done. We both know that keeping the brain active will help with keeping that at bay.
