Reboot comp
Finished Reboot yesterday. A great program with just two moves. I did 5 rounds of each day. Some hard, some not so hard. Enjoyed it a lot and woke up just about every morning sore somewhere. lol
Thank you very much for the creation of this program, I may revisit it in the future. Not sure how to gain my badge. I was never good on understanding how that part works. If someone can educate me that would be great!
