Love this newly released Dexterity workout! It's something that I want, and I like the exercises in it. It can easily be a little routine that I can do regularly.

I also like some other recently released workouts, namely the Knight workout and Total Control. "Knight steps" is surprisingly similar to part of the etiquette we do in kendo before and after practice. This fact alone is interesting, the samurai and the knight doing similar things. It's another workout that can easily fit with myself now.
