        Done, no EC. This was really hard after Day 11 of Cardio Trim. No triceps challenge for me today. My arms are wobbly.

                  I tried hard, but I cannot do a SINGLE ONE of those! What's wrong with my arms? Oh well: Fitness goals!!! Or perhaps I misunderstood something? It's not like an up-and-down plank, but like a whatchamacallit... triceps press-up? Right???

                            Pubaertus some day you'll get better just need some training
                            on your triceps. Before I stared dare bee I wasn't able to do not even
                            one push up now I can do 64 non stop you just need time and protein
