                  Tough! 10/10 in one go somewhere between the modified and posted versions while using something for balance - I could get my knee to the ground but couldn't get back up from there! So no EC, and gives me something to work on in future.

                    Having just done day 7 of Full Circuit and having a stretch and a set of squats I gave it a go.

                    I did the modified version per the video and loosely held the window ledge for balance. I managed two sets of ten though.

                    That was a serious challenge!

                    I’ll count that as done but no EC as it was the modified version.

                    Serious kudos to anyone who’s doing the posted version with EC and no hand holding.
