Done, no EC. I don't like this exercise. I need to do this exercise :') maybe if I find a non-crumbling wall on my holiday I will practice!

Done and yes for the first time, I have been able to master this exercise for 03:04: (mm:ss)...EC no less.

This admittedly is one of my least favorite exercise, but I have a tremendous amount of respect for it. It is quite the accomplishment even to hold the position for 1min. No easy way around it.

Done... but I had my hands on my knees. Can I still count EC...? Please say yes. I don't want to do this again. Ever.

Did it in one go but had to cheat a little bit. I'd recommend not doing squats or lunges before this
            Edit: no ec for me

Done with EC, but barely. It's funny, while I'm doing it my thighs feel like they're about to implode, but afterwards it's my knees that do most of the complaining

I would give that a thumbs up Terriwoodie . Staying in that position for 3mins regardless of where your hands are is tough.

                        Done with EC!

(I was so tempted to tap out at the ~1'30" mark. Yet somehow I managed to keep the 90 degrees for the full time with sore as hell quads from doing 2x200 squats like a ridiculous person the day before last. I had my hands up against the chest and clasping so hard focusing on my deep/forceful breath. That was painful... and took me a bit of effort to get back up. )

                            Done with EC!

I credit the yoga I am doing for being quite ok with most isometric exercises. The burn though...
