    Done with EC!

(Counted 621 punches by the time was up. It felt good and challenging to be able to maintain a pretty consistent ~2/sec. Plus, I adore combat exercises so much. )

Oh yeah, that was also DD #400 for me! Woo!

Done with EC, I'm not sure how everyone manages to keep count, I just put a song and sing along hoping I don't get way too tired before the timer goes off.

Thank you kindly, Wolfy and MistbornHero!

As far as keeping count goes, I dunno what system everyone uses for it. But how I tend to do things is count to 20 and keep a tally of those on one hand and a tally of 100s on the other ("marking" my place by moving my thumbs in between my other fingers). Just because bigger numbers = more syllables and mental energy to carry. Just felt to share that!

Done, with EC. Kept up a steady pace for ~530 punches, switching stances every 100 punches.
