    Focus

    Focus is what helps us achieve the things we set out to do. The world is full of distractions. Each day we are pulled in many directions at once. We feel we live in a world full of noise, where everything and everyone demands our attention. Being able to focus is a skill. Here's how to start: pick a goal you really want to achieve each day. Make sure it is part of your purpose. Go at it until it is done.

    Make it practical and make it achievable. Focus, like everything else, is a skill that needs development and reinforcement on a daily basis.

      A good exercise that came to my mind is taichi and "stand like a tree"
