    Hello, I’m new to the site. I’m just trying to figure out how to navigate everything but so far so good. I’m going to be going on my ✨weight loss journey✨ For the I don’t know how many times. I will be starting the 30 day HIIT program & will be starting to draw up meal plans (meal plans are normally what get me just because it stresses me out and makes me anxious but this time I’m not going to look too much into it) anyways here’s me saying hi & hoping to find a new community and maybe some friends

      For weight loss, I suggest the abs or 1&1 meal plan. Enjoy 30 days of HIIT! Make sure you put 100% in every rep.
