    The Quarantine Work out Group

    Hello Hello you know what time it is... since we are stuck at home either watching t.v. working from home playing games or of course doing Pandora... I thought we could become a work out group!

    GET PUMPED‚Äč‚Äč‚Äč


    So no more trying to run on a treadmill! Lets start working out with those muscles

    We have powers!! So lets show 'em!

                      My wife & I did a 6 km walk around the City before dinner. After dinner I did the DD, push-up challenge - day 28, 30 days of strength - day 28, Split 30 day challenge - day 5 & Touch my Toes - day 5.
