    This is a different version than the one I see in the Workouts tab currently. Redline, can you help? I mean, other than full body high burn streamline, it looks like you are going for plyometric gains and all muscle groups.

      Wow, that's an old one!

      It doesn't have a very specific focus, but I'd say it's mostly about leg strength, core strength and fascial fitness.

        Sort of ticks all the boxes, dunnit? As mentioned above,

        A lot of legs (in the lunges, jumps, and kicks), some shoulders (punches), chest (push ups) and core (climber taps in particular) all around.
