    I've done hollow hold and wall sit so far. I'm interested in Everest right now, maybe I'll start it soon Which ones are you interested in?

      Kailey<3 Welcome to the Hive. I'm at 2/3 completion of my first 12x challenges. Yoga Abs, 50 Burpees, and Iron Will bring me to sweat every time but effective in strengthening those target muscle groups. I'd pick one muscle group I want to target first and filter out the challenges and GO for it. Add additional challenges along the way if you feel extra motivated. Have FUN!
