    Best Upper/Lower Split

    Hey guys!

    Im currently looking for a new workout plan that consists of an upper/lower split. Im currently at difficulty 4 and i have a pull up bar at home (no dumbbells or any other equipment). Can you guys recommend me some good upper and lower body workouts that would work well together targeting every muscle group? Difficulty 3 to 5 are all fine i´ll adjust accordingly. If you know a good full body workout for those extra days please let me know aswell.
