    Very impressive - and very beautyfull in my opinion.
    Not sure how long one would have to practice Tai Chi to even come close to this lady...

      Depends on age and fitness, 3 months of daily practice. I do one leg squats with the aid of a standing triceps pulley stack, with the double rope attachment, helps with balance a lot. I did legs today and should have remembered to do the Dragon Squat. Some regular Yoga should help, daily Tai Chi training makes the legs strong.
