Does anyone want to create a community pull-up program?

    Background info:
In our school, we have fitness testing in which they test out our max at multiple exercises (pull-ups being one).
I had this one amazing PE teacher who really motivated and she saw my improvement in pull-ups, I went from 6 to 14 that year.
So I challenged her I could do 50 pull-ups by the end of next year. She was like heck ya, and now I can do around 23 pull-ups.

Now, I want to create a community program featured around pull-ups and a kinda-sorta summer shred, I know there is one program featuring pull-ups, 30D of strength?, but I want primarily focused on pull-ups.

My problem with some of the 30 day challenges is that the progression sometimes is challenging and hard to do. This is why I want to create one with stages.
If you can't do any pull-ups, there would be workouts for building hang time or dumbbell curls or negatives.
If you can do >5 then easier workouts on building strength.
    >10 then harder strength building
    >15 then more endurance
    ....

This can be like a master guide to pull-ups. Does anyone want to help make one?

I recently watched this video about ways to stage pull up workouts to get max shred: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tB3X4TjTIes

Talks about "Australian Pullups" and some techniques you mentioned like negatives.
