    Kundalini Yoga

    Did my 1st Kundalini class today, it was amazing. A lot of spinal twist variations and shoulder work. Also we did a pike push-up with one leg high, for time, then with the other leg up. A lot of movement with breath work, no static hold like in other Yoga but moving with breath.
