    New workout idea

    Hi all,

    Sorry if this has been mentioned before in the past, I watched a YouTube video that shamus and Jeff Hardy did where they worked out together and they did one workout where they roll a dice (via an app) and what ever it came up with they do that amount of reps e.g Roll 11 have to do 11 reps.
    Jeff called in the enamatic gamble, I like this concept but can’t quite workout where to place it when doing my training as I am currently doing Brute Back and arms, washboard abs, into the pits and brute leg day but am going to swap them up in a couple of weeks so any ideas would help as I think it would work well and you can do them over 4/5 sets.

    Hope that makes sense

    With addition to this I am thinking about upper body as that will give a new vibe towards it

            Yeah a bit like it but with what they was doing they was doing different exercises using weights and was rolling a dice and what ever it landed on they had to do that amount of reps so like one point shamus rolled a 11 and he had to do 11 reps
