          So I'm still in it! Working on my health and fitness. The Foundation Light is really working for me. I love the wall squats! I never can do squats because of my knees, but using the wall really helps take some of the pressure off and stabilize my lower back. Have lost 9 pounds so far this month! Sticking with it!
