Toe Tap Hops are probably one of the most fun exercises you can do. It's really difficult to try doing it without breaking into a smile, particularly if you also happen to have a great tune playing in the background. Fitness should always be fun and this is definitely one of the most fun ways to get fit. 

What's involved: Calves, adductors, glutes, lower back, front hip flexors, cardiovascular system.

Tip: There is a temptation when performing this exercise to try and take your hand down to your foot and bend forward. Resist it. Keep your trunk upright and bring your foot up to your hand for that perfectly executed drill.
