If exercise is medicine, food is the very stuff our bodies and minds are made of. What we put in our body affects the way it functions and it affects our mind. Salt is in most foods so each time we add extra salt we are more than likely overdoing it. Going without added salt for 30 days is a great boost to the body's internal functions. It helps it recover from excessive salt processing and reset. 

Instructions: Don't add any salt to your food when you serve or cook.
