DAREBEE Challenge: What it Works

Hold steady. Build strength. Earn your 5-minute plank.

This 30-day challenge is all about time under tension. You’ll gradually increase your elbow plank hold each day - building endurance, core stability, and mental toughness. Every 4th day, you’ll reset with a superman hold to strengthen your lower back and maintain balance.

It starts simple, but by Day 30, you’ll be holding strong for a full 5 minutes.

One plank at a time. One breath at a time. Get ready to hold the line.
