The science behind Training On Empty is long established. There are significant physical benefits to exercising like this every day. It is the mental ones however that you will feel the most. By forcing your body to work when it doesn't feel like it, you also strengthen your mind, develop greater will power, train your motivation and strengthen your fortitude and grit. These are character-building traits not usually associated with physical exercise, yet without them training on empty, in the morning for a month is not really feasible. So, with this challenge you're not just training the outside of you, you also train the inside.
