Just like a ball and chain, smartly used, can become an awesome weapon so can your body be transformed into an instrument of your will. All you need to do is beat the planet's gravity by training your muscles to work with more than just the load of your body. You guessed where this is leading. Burpees are your best bet here. They become your bud for a month as you teach your muscles to make light work of your body's mass.
