We all know we need a strong core. This is why we should start each day chopping down trees, swinging from trapezes, walking along monorails, balancing on high wires and doing backflips on balance beams. Or ... we could perhaps devote a minute a day. Every day, for a month. And get the strong core we deserve. 

Instructions: Hold a plank for 60 seconds every day for 30 days. Split the total minute into manageable sets if you have to.
