Walking is a superpower. When we make it part of our Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT for short) we end up adding up to 10km (6.2 miles) of extra movement to our day. Over time, this becomes a powerful way to change body composition, increase cardiovascular fitness and maintain a healthy, lean physique.
