DAREBEE Challenge: What it Works

Walking is a superpower. When we make it part of our Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT for short) we end up adding up to 10km (6.2 miles) of extra movement to our day. Over time, this becomes a powerful way to change body composition, increase cardiovascular fitness and maintain a healthy, lean physique. And it is all so seemingly easy: Just make sure you have to take those few extra steps each day as you go about your day-to-day activities.

Having short daily challenges that I can just do in the morning or afternoon and having clear instructions has been great. The programs also are very fun, the RPG ones are great for someone like me who needs that imagination motivation at times. The dashboard and bookmarks also have been such a help in staying organized and seeing number go up! Truly motivating and almost gameifying for me to keep me determined to keep going to keep my streak up!

I have always loved to workout, but have a hard time motivating myself. But Darebee works for me. I can pick a short, long, easy or hard exercise depending on the day, and feel proud of my work.

I know in a glance what the entire workout has in store and I don't have to constantly glance at the screen or try to play catch up, and there's no annoying music in the background or talking person, and there's no ads or subscription gate. Darebee is simple, straightforward, and very well organized. There are single workouts to fill gaps or programs for long term plans without having to make constant choices. Even beyond the workouts themselves, the community is a wonderful, mutually supportive place!
