Instructions: Click on a box corresponding to each consecutive day in December to see the exercise of the day and the given amount of time for it. Open one box a day and try to not look ahead! Once a box is opened, it stays open automatically. You can click on it to close it again. The time is given in total: 60 seconds raised leg hold = 30 seconds per leg. Happy Holidays!

Note: You can split a total time for each exercise into manageable sets. Try to keep breaks to a minimum and rest only for as long as you need for maximum results.
