The Code of Abs is a 30-day fitness program designed specifically for abdominal muscles hypertrophy. The program focuses on ab development, size and definition even at a higher body fat %. It’s ideal for anyone looking to supersize their abs and make them pop.
It’ll work best for someone with already developed core muscles and an ab strength foundation. The program includes optional equipment: pull-up bar and an exercise bench. Both are optional but recommended for better results. With the optional equipment this program is rated at level 5 difficulty.
For extra credit, when using a pull-up bar keep holding on to it as you transition from exercise to exercise. The program can be used as an add-on to other programs or workouts you might be doing.
