DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Shadow is a fast-moving, lower-body focused workout that gets you hot and sweaty really fast. It combines some very crucial tendon work alongside its targeting of lower body muscle groups. Take the challenge, add EC and see just how you do when your recovery time is just 60 seconds long and your VO2 Max is being tested.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
