Muse is a full-body, yoga-based workout that will help you develop greater stability, balance and grace. It will help improve the control you have over your muscles and develop both flexibility and agility. Because it pits some muscle groups against some others its isotonic nature helps develop better signal strength along the body's neural network which, in turn, is one of the components of strength. 
Extra Credit: Hold each pose for 60 seconds.
