DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
For the days when you know you have to workout but cannot quite push, we have Maintenance. This is a workout specifically designed to keep your body revving. This is a full body workout, out of necessity but it is also brief requiring roughly five minutes or less to complete. 
Extra Credit: Hit 50 reps for push-ups.
