DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When you're a Beekeeper, maintaining order in the universe you need to have skills. Dexterity, speed, strength and power. Beekeeper is the workout that helps you develop all those skills. While it's mostly upper body it doesn't completely neglect your lower body, glutes and core so the body's kinetic chains are made to work well together.
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
