DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you add one willing body and a power stretch band and some time you end up with a whole body band workout that will let you target every major muscle group you need. It requires virtually no space and because the targeting of the muscles is dynamic resistance where they are being asked to work their normal range of movement under an extra load provided by the resistance band. The only problem with the Bandit workout is that it's so hard to resist it should be illegal.
Extra Credit: 30 seconds rest between sets.
