Tendons and core are power-multipliers. Aurora targets them explicitly to help you become faster, stronger and more powerful. Although this is just a difficulty Level II workout it doesn't mean it's easy. It just means it isn't exhausting the way a, say Level IV one would be. You will definitely feel this one and it should, really, be a regular.
