slice of wholegrain or rye bread
1 tbsp of cheese
1 tbsp of tomato paste
or chopped up fresh tomatoes
1 Spread the tomato paste on top of the bread, add sardines in a single layer and sprinkle with cheese.
2 Bake in the oven for a minute or so until the cheese melts. Can also be microwaved. Serve hot.
