Ingredients

2 small apples
2 tsp honey
1 oz walnuts
cinnamon or nutmeg for taste

Instructions

1 Core the apples making sure not to puncture the bottom of the apples so that the juices will remain.

2 Full them with walnuts, drizzle with honey and sprincle with cinnamon (or nutmeg).

3 Place into individual foil wrap and bake in the oven at 200° C (392° F) for 45 minutes. Done.
