We've made quite a few changes but the structure was kept the same - if you are in the middle of the program it will be ok to switch to the new version. Instead of the exercise "swap" you now have the option to add pull-ups and chin-ups. See "Addon: Bars".

If you liked the older version more and didn't save the PDF, you can download it from here.

We really hope you like it!

I see that most days appear ultimately easier in my estimation (as in for my capabilities), but there are still several days that have exercises I am still currently not capable of. I do have a question about old v. new, however... The downward upward dog exercise, could it be switched out for a different exercise from the old version? For example, on day 2, plank rotations were removed entirely, could one instead put those in?

Regardless, it looks great, and I look forward to eventually getting to Strength Protocol.

Oh, dear god. I liked the first one, but I LOVE this new version! I wanted to do Strength Protocol again in the future, but now that it has changed, I'm doing it immediately after I've finished 90 Days. Although it actually seems tougher, I'm looking forward to the challenge. Thanks, team!

So, a few things I've noticed...

            - There are no more levels. On most days, everybody is supposed to do the same number of sets and reps

            - This is partly made up for by the fact most push-up exercises are now supposed to be done to failure (of course, failure will come sooner to some than to others...)

            - Another way to adjust the overall difficulty, I guess, would be to increase or decrease the rest times between exercises. But, unless I'm mistaken, those are no longer mentioned anywhere. I'm assuming it's still 2 minutes (like in V1), but I guess it would be nice if it was explicitly written.

            - As wjs said, some days now seem easier (mainly the chest days, because there is no longer a pre-determined number of reps to reach). But I've also noticed that some very hard exercises (such as holding a 30-second L-sit several times in a row, or a 90-second single leg wall sit twice) are also expected from everybody, even if they come rather late into the program.

At this point, I'm considering finishing V1, then starting V2 from scratch, so I can really compare both.

Once Power Cardio is done, I'll definitely do this one again - but now it's ANEW!

Redline, I suppose there're no rest times in the new version

LeicaEnergizer That's because rest is for wussies! You'll rest when you're dead! I wonder why they even included rep counts - everyone must do every exercise until they can't move no more. Now get out there and exercise, damn it!

My dream program is <Totals> where you do exercises throughout the day to failure with no rest. Ever. I don't even know what this rest you're talking about is. Right now I'm typing with my face while doing freestanding handstand pushups.
