    Power Cardio - February 27th

    And for our spring-time special...
    We are pleased to announce our next program: Power Cardio. It will be a 30-day no-equipment at-home program and it'll focus on high burn, muscle tone and abs. Designed as a super-shred, it will be extremely tough - expect a lot of burpees, jump squats and jumping lunges. This program is designed to transform by dragging you through hell (and back, hopefully). Power Cardio is yet another program to conquer.

    It's currently rated level 5 and it will come out along with the "Plus" (equipment) counterpart.

    Release date: February 27th, 2017

          We definitely need more 5th level programs. There's not enough suffering in the world. And I hate cardio. Oh, I'm so stoked, can't wait!

                Don't worry, with correct form you won't feel your legs at all.

                            You say: "expect a lot of burpees, mumble, mumble ... " and I'm moving along.
                            Thank you for you efforts, but I've learned about those "burpees" ... not doing them ... again.
