I don't know if any of you has ever tried the "Zombies, Run" running app, but if you had luck with it what would you recommend? I just done the first mission, there was only one time, or two, when the program said that I have to run. So the question is when to run and when to walk? I am trying to improve my stamina and do a break less 5K.
By the way, the app is great and free, thes is not an advertisement, but fascinating
