  • Running program, Zombies, run! How?

    Hi Bees,

    I don't know if any of you has ever tried the "Zombies, Run" running app, but if you had luck with it what would you recommend? I just done the first mission, there was only one time, or two, when the program said that I have to run. So the question is when to run and when to walk? I am trying to improve my stamina and do a break less 5K.
    By the way, the app is great and free, thes is not an advertisement, but fascinating

    Well, Zombies, Run! is basically built so you can walk/jog/run/bike at your leisure, so if you wanted to do interval training and Zombies, Run! that should be fine. 30 Days of Change has a fair amount of cardio like running that it calls for, but you could also try Cardio Trim (Run)?

      I used zombies run with a DAREBEE running program and really ignored the prompts in the app altogether. Not sure where you're at fitness-wise but check out from walking to running, the long run, or 8 weeks to 5k.

        Check out the "Zombies, Run! 5k Training" app which is their much more structured couch-to-5k training program. Once you've finished that, continue on to "Zombies, Run!"
