  • Gravity - day 4 - how are these excersises done?

    Hey, I'm doing the Gravity program and today I need to do day 4.
    On this day I'm supposed to do back stretchers, toe touches and kneeling hip flexors.
    Are these static?
    if not, when you do toe touches do you get up completely and go down again?
    same for hip flexors...

    When I did that program, I did those as static. I just stayed in that position for the given time.

      Hold each stretch for the amount of time that the level your on requires.
