Alternating between farmer’s walks and reverse lunges, this session strengthens your grip, legs, and core while improving stability and posture. It’s a slow grind - in the best way. This is functional strength you can feel in real life: carrying, stepping, stabilizing, and staying strong under load. Pick up the weights, move with intention, and walk like you own every step.
Extra Credit: Use 10 lb+ (5 kg+) dumbbells minimum.
