READY?

Unknot is what you do when your body feels like a headphone cable that’s lived in the bottom of a bag for three weeks. This slow, deliberate yoga sequence is designed to release tension through the neck, shoulders, spine and hips using long, steady holds. By moving one side at a time and then repeating on the other, you give your body time to unpack those tight corners where stress, bad posture and long days like to hide. Breathing is your main “exercise” here - deep, unhurried inhales and even slower exhales to tell your system it’s finally allowed to stand down.
Use Unknot at the end of a training day, after hours at a desk, or on off-days when you still want to do something kind for your body. There are no sharp transitions and no strength tricks: just smooth shapes, gentle opening and enough time in each pose to actually feel things shift. The goal is not to force flexibility but to create space - in your muscles, in your joints and in your head. Treat it as non-negotiable maintenance and you’ll feel the difference everywhere else.
