DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Taurus is all about steady, immovable strength. Squat hold punches challenge your legs to stay low while the upper body works, so you train endurance and focus at the same time. The plank section - holds, shoulder taps and push-ups - builds bracing strength and shoulder stability. Nothing here is flashy, but all of it is solid, practical, full-body work.

Go at a controlled pace and keep your positions clean. In squats, stay low, chest up, punches straight ahead. In planks, keep hips level and do not rush the taps. Take the up to 2 minutes of rest if you need it, especially on Level III, but try to keep the quality the same from the first set to the last. This is a "dig in your heels" kind of workout.

Extra Credit: Hit 10 push-ups minimum every time.
