Each exercise - swings, squats, and deadlifts - requires deliberate synchronization of breath and movement. Whether using a dumbbell, kettlebell, or sandbag, the goal is smooth, controlled reps without sacrificing power.
It’s ideal for improving strength, balance, and muscular endurance. Moving from posterior chain to lower body to full-body lifts in a loop helps create a balanced burn without overloading a single muscle group. Keep your movements fluid and grounded, and aim for precision every rep.
