Still Here is a full body circuit for the days when showing up is the whole victory. Reverse lunges, calf raises, bicep extensions, tricep extensions and forward bends - no equipment, no impact, no exercise that demands more than you have on a rough day. It is the workout you do when the streak is in danger, when motivation left without a note, when the plan fell apart but you did not. The name is the point: still here, still moving.
The structure asks little and covers a lot. Ten reverse lunges bracket ten calf raises in the first row, keeping the legs working front-and-center while the calves get their quieter turn in the middle. The second row does the same for the arms: bicep extensions on either side of tricep extensions, so both sides of the upper arm trade the load without any single muscle being cornered. Ten forward bends close the circuit by folding the spine and hamstrings through a slow, full range - part exercise, part exhale. Every count is 10, every movement is simple, and the modest scale is deliberate: a workout you can always finish is a workout you will always start.
Step back into each lunge far enough that the front shin stays vertical, and rise through the front heel with your torso tall. Pause at the top of the calf raises. Keep the bicep and tricep extensions long and controlled, moving from the elbow and shoulder without swinging your ribs. In the forward bends, soften your knees, hang heavy for a beat at the bottom, and roll back up without rushing - the last exercise of this circuit is allowed to feel good.
Fitness is not built on your best days - it is built on the days you almost skipped, and today just joined the ledger.
Make it Harder: Hold the bottom of each reverse lunge for a 2-count.
Make it Easier: Hold onto a wall or chair for the lunges and calf raises.
