Stat Boost is a cardio and conditioning circuit built like an RPG leveling screen: every round quietly adds points to speed, stamina and lower body power. Jumping lunges, overhead punches, straight punches and jump squats are the whole kit - no equipment, no loading screen, just you allocating effort where it counts. The name is the promise: run it consistently and your baseline character sheet improves.
The circuit runs without rest between exercises, and the structure alternates between explosive leg work and high-rep punching on purpose. Jumping lunges spike your heart rate and load the legs plyometrically; the 20-punch blocks that follow keep the cardiovascular demand high while giving your lower body just enough of a breather to hit the next set of lunges with intent. Overhead punches raise the arms against gravity and tax the shoulders differently than straight punches, so the upper body gets stressed from two angles. The 4 jump squats at the end are the boss fight: one last burst of explosive power on legs that have already paid their taxes.
On jumping lunges, land softly with the front knee tracking over the foot, and switch legs in the air rather than stepping through. Punch with full extension and a returning hand - every punch comes back to guard. Keep the core braced when punching overhead so your lower back doesn't arch. On jump squats, sink to at least parallel before you leave the ground and absorb each landing through bent knees.
No random drops, no grinding for loot - every rep here goes straight into your stats.
Make it Harder: Turn all 4-rep exercises into 4+ and add reps for as long as your form holds.
Make it Easier: Swap jumping lunges for alternating reverse lunges at the same count.
