DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Cardio
Type: Burn
Difficulty: level 3 of 5

Send Help is a jumping cardio workout that files its distress signal in the title and then proceeds anyway. Hops on the spot, jumping jacks, side-to-side hops and closing squat jacks - seventy airborne reps per set, arranged so that by the time help could plausibly arrive, the set is already over.

The structure escalates through the vocabulary of small jumps. Hops on the spot open with the gentlest version - straight up, both feet, elastic and springy - training the ankles and calves to absorb and return force. Jumping jacks widen the pattern, adding arms and lateral leg travel. Side-to-side hops then shift the whole operation laterally, the direction that turns simple bouncing into agility work, before the second jack block and a final flourish: squat jacks, which land wide and sink into a squat between jumps, adding a strength tax to every landing right when the calves thought the message had been received. Seventy landings per set is the real workload here - the jumps are free, the landings are where the conditioning lives.

Stay on the balls of your feet for every variation, landing soft with a give in the knees - the quieter the landing, the better the technique. Keep the side-to-side hops genuinely lateral, covering real distance in each direction. In the squat jacks, sink to an honest squat depth between jumps rather than a suggestion of one.

Help is not coming. Fortunately, after seventy reps per set, you will no longer need it.

Make it Harder: Speed everything up and deepen the squat jacks.

Make it Easier: Step the jacks and swap the hops for calf raises.

I have always wanted to find a place that would meet me at my level wherever I am, encourage me to stay motivated, fit in my busy schedule, not require a gym membership, offer variety, be fun, help me feel like part of a team without leaving my house, and still be affordable. That has been my dream. So Darebee.com makes my dream a reality. It does all that and more. I would highly, highly recommend this site to absolutely anyone.

BUT what I think is at least as great is the design and functionality of the website. It is just so clean and well organized. I love the filter functions, they work very well and you can find exactly what you need in seconds. Also the bookmark feature is just awesome! The way you can organize the bookmarks, create different collections and sort them so efficiently is very thoughtful and way better than I have seen it on many bigger platforms. I think it is just an example where one can see that the Darebee team not only strives to create the best workouts but for excellence on every level. Tank you! You are doing an awesome job!

After more than a decade, and after trying countless websites and apps, it's still my number one choice for workout plans and creative exercise inspiration. Unlike other apps and sites, the full experience is available regardless of ability to pay; even when the job market has been tough, Darebee has been there with accessible, effective workouts to help keep me on track when other obstacles crop up. Whether it's a full workout, or a little challenge to supplement other routines, Darebee has ALWAYS had me covered. The wide variety of skill levels available means that I can find something, even if injured, tired, or simply out of practice. Need to work on something specific? Pick a challenge for it. Injured? Rehab workouts and exercise alternatives abound. Not sure how to use all those dumbbells you somehow acquired over the years? No problem--you can find workouts with that equipment. In conclusion: Darebee is pretty rad; an awesome, effective resource, that anybody who needs a bit of sweat and strength in their lives can appreciate. Thanks to the Darebee team for their dedication, hard work, and commitment!
