See Me Rolling... is a core workout with a title that catches you mid-song and a poster that catches you mid-plank. Plank rolls, up & down planks and body saws - three ways of traveling while going absolutely nowhere, all performed from your forearms and toes. They see you rolling; whether they hate is between them and their own core strength, because this particular ride is harder than it looks from the curb.
The circuit runs without rest between exercises, and the entire set is one continuous plank wearing three different motions. Plank rolls dominate - three blocks of 4 - rotating you from elbow plank through side plank and back, one full revolution at a time, forcing the obliques on each side to take turns steering. Up & down planks travel vertically instead: hands to forearms and back up, one arm at a time, a pressing pattern smuggled into a core exercise. And body saws - two blocks of 4 to close each half - travel horizontally, rocking the whole plank forward and back from the shoulders, which quietly lengthens the lever your abs have to control on every glide. Rotation, elevation, translation: three axes of movement, zero steps taken, and a core that has to manage all of it without letting the hips file for independence.
Keep the hips level and quiet through every roll - rotate as one welded unit, arriving in each side plank stacked and lifted. On up & down planks, place the hands where the elbows were and press up without the hips swinging side to side. In body saws, drive the glide from the shoulders with small, controlled travel, keeping the body one rigid line the entire way.
Slow, low, and rolling through the neighborhood one revolution at a time. Some rides don't need speed to turn heads.
Make it Harder: Double every block to 8.
Make it Easier: Take the body saws from your knees and cut each roll block to 2.
