True to its name, Quadzilla is all about building powerful, resilient legs. This workout blends explosive jumps with static holds and controlled lunges to tax every part of your quads and glutes. The jump squats elevate your heart rate and build power, while the squat holds teach you to stay calm and focused under tension. The reverse and split lunges add balance and stability work, rounding out a comprehensive lower‑body challenge.

The alternating pace - moving from dynamic to static and back again -keeps both your muscles and your mind engaged. It’s a great session for leg day or whenever you want to fire up your lower body without weights. Expect to feel the burn and, over time, to notice stronger legs and improved endurance in everything from running to climbing stairs.

Extra Credit: Increase the static hold portion to a 20‑count, focusing on keeping your chest up and knees tracking over your toes.
