DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Fullbody
Type: Strength
Difficulty: level 3 of 5

Power Stack is a full-body dumbbell circuit designed to build raw strength and explosive power from the ground up. This workout stacks compound movements in a way that mimics real-world force production - recruiting multiple muscle groups through coordinated, heavy-hitting exercises. Each move builds on the last, layering intensity, stability, and athletic performance.

You’ll begin with deadlifts, the foundation of posterior chain strength and hip power. From there, you move into squats, shifting focus to the anterior chain while demanding core tension and balance. bent-over rows follow, building back and biceps strength to support your posture and pulling force.

The circuit then transitions into shoulder presses, where you dip and drive through the legs to generate upper body explosion. Next come renegade rows, challenging your core and lats while under plank-like tension. Finally, you finish with thrusters - a brutal yet efficient combo that forces your body to produce and transfer power from legs to shoulders under fatigue.

Each round of Power Stack is a complete, functional test of your body’s ability to lift, press, stabilize, and explode - true power, stacked in sequence.

I love the pictures, the variety, the amount of time it takes to complete a workout and how you can mix and match if you have a lot of energy or only repeat 3 times if you don’t feel like exercising. The website is awesome and I recommend it whenever I talk about fitness with other people. I cannot thank Darebee enough for how much this project has helped me in having a solid exercise routine and how to deal with exercise when tired, injured or when I don’t have much time.

I also love the concept of "exercise of the day". This website is just awesome. I came to know this website around 2025 since than it has been bookmarked in my browser. I request the developers to please launch the mobile app. I would absolutely love to see it's app on the app Store.
