DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Focus: Cardio
Type: Burn
Difficulty: level 3 of 5

I Regret Nothing is a cardio workout with its answer prepared before the question is even asked. Butt kicks, climbers and punches - three fast, simple movements arranged in a nine-block grid that keeps you switching between standing and floor work until your lungs file a formal complaint. The title is your closing statement, delivered mid-set, between breaths, and meant entirely.

The circuit runs without rest between exercises, and the grid has a spine: climbers run straight down the middle of all three rows, so every round trips you from standing work to the floor and back again. Those level changes are half the workout - dropping to a plank and rising again taxes the heart more than either position alone. Around that spine, the outer columns rotate through butt kicks and punches, trading the load between legs and shoulders so no single region gets a full recovery but nothing fails outright. Ninety reps per set, zero pauses, and a structure that makes the whole thing feel faster than it is - decisions you'll stand behind completely.

On butt kicks, bring heels to glutes with a light, quick rhythm and keep the torso tall. In climbers, hold a firm plank with hips level and drive the knees in fast without letting your rear end pike toward the ceiling. Punch with full extension and snap each hand back to guard - conviction in the reps matches conviction in the title.

Regrets are for workouts skipped. This one was never going to be on that list.

Make it Harder: Bump every climber block to 20 reps.

Make it Easier: Slow the climbers to a deliberate step-in pace and march the butt kicks.

I love the pictures, the variety, the amount of time it takes to complete a workout and how you can mix and match if you have a lot of energy or only repeat 3 times if you don’t feel like exercising. The website is awesome and I recommend it whenever I talk about fitness with other people. I cannot thank Darebee enough for how much this project has helped me in having a solid exercise routine and how to deal with exercise when tired, injured or when I don’t have much time.

I also love the concept of "exercise of the day". This website is just awesome. I came to know this website around 2025 since than it has been bookmarked in my browser. I request the developers to please launch the mobile app. I would absolutely love to see it's app on the app Store.
